A successful career in sales and marketing for a Fortune 50 company provided an excellent background for Kendall's real estate career. Having earned his Real Estate Salesperson License in 2002 and his Real Estate Broker's license in 2006, Kendall has enjoyed serving buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the Tampa Bay area since day one. What he enjoys most is marketing properties for sale, assisting and advising sellers in presenting their properties in the best possible light to attract buyers and net his clients the most money possible at closing. In addition to working with sellers, Kendall also gets special satisfaction consulting with first time homebuyers, coaching and educating them through the entire purchase process and beyond, helping to bring the American dream of homeownership to as many people as possible.

Kendall is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a graduate of the e-PRO Certification Course for online Real Estate Professionals, and member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors.
