- Contract & Closing Coordination: 3% of purchase price, $2,000 minimum

- Rehability Management: 10% of Cost
- Property Tax Negotiation: $100/hour, average of 5 hours per property
- General Consulting Services: $100/hour, $500 minimum
- Grant and Loan Writing: $100/hour, average of 30 hours per Loan or Grant process
- Historic Tax Exemption Processes: $100/hour, average of 45 hours per process
- Entitlements, Rezonings, Subdivisions & Other Property Services: $100/hour, $500 minimum
- Property Insurance Negotiation:: $100/hour, average of 2 hours per property

Management Services

- Leasing: Greater of One Month's Rent or 6% of Lease
- Single Family Management (less than 5 units): 8%-10% of Collections
- Multi-Family Management (5-10 units): 6% - 10% of Collections
