Buddy Clark, Sales Associate

Buddy is a native of Ocala Florida where he spent over 20 years with the Marion County Public School System as an educator and vocational administrator. He got his start in real estate as a Coldwell Banker Sales Associate in the mid 80’s. He brings over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience to the Home Encounter Team.

Having raised three sons who attended Florida College and a wife who is employed there, Buddy has become familiar with many properties in the area and has been an active property investor in the Tampa Bay area for several years. He and Sharon currently make their home in beautiful Temple Terrace.

Known as being “perceptive and cautious”, you can be confident that Buddy will go to great lengths to find “the right deal” for you. As a family man, he is sensitive to, and keenly aware of the ‘needs and wants’ that families like yours have to consider when finding a place to live. Aside from that, he’s probably the nicest guy in Tampa.
